Sara is an American singer and banjo player, held in highest regard in traditional music circles. She has lived in the UK for many years and has an extensive knowledge of the linked musical traditions of Britian and America. Her son Kieron has grown up with this music and is set to follow in his mothers footsteps as a 'tradition bearer'. If ever there was proof in the ongoing nature of traditional music - this is it.
